When FlexPoint launched in March 2023, we had one goal in mind: build the best payments solution for MSPs everywhere. We spent that first year allocating the resources and talent needed to bring that vision to life, and that foundational work paved the way for some incredible wins in 2024.
From doubling the size of our team to announcing our Seed Round in Q1, we leaned heavily into that core vision that drives everything we do. Today, FlexPoint has become an industry favorite in B2B finance, used by hundreds of MSPs nationwide. But our team is just getting started, and we're eager to further capitalize on this immense growth in 2025.

Onboarding More Top Talent
In 2024, we doubled our team size across sales, marketing, engineering, product, and customer success. Our Seed Round, led by Haymaker Ventures, fueled this growth, giving us the resources to invest in top talent for critical roles as we scaled.

Throughout the year, our team embraced a culture that places quality work and flexibility above all. Together, they have significantly evolved our platform and forged impactful relationships that are shaping the future of billing operations.
Rolling Out a Continuous Stream of Product Updates
2024 was a milestone year for FlexPoint's product evolution. With updates and new features shipped weekly, our team set the pace for rapid innovation, rivaling competitors 10 times our size.

- Enhanced our portal to simplify client billing workflows and better meet the needs of end-users
- Rolled out our AI-powered same-day ACH capabilities, which was critical for small businesses that depend on consistent cashflows to fund growth initiatives
- Launched a partnership with leading cloud commerce marketplace PAX8, a major testament to our ability to deliver at scale alongside an industry giant
Solidifying Trust with Our Community
This year, we ventured out of our comfort zone to foster stronger relationships with customers and industry groups. This commitment took us on the road as we traveled nationwide to meet business owners on their home turf, from community dinners to informal meetups.
In addition to racking up some serious travel miles, this effort single-handedly helped turn FlexPoint into a well-known name. Despite being a young company, we’ve seen an outpouring of buzz from users on Reddit and Facebook, and our Discord community is also incredibly active. The best part? Referrals have become one of our strongest growth drivers, as our customers and partners trust our platform enough to recommend it to others.
Take Dega Systems, one of our longstanding partners, as an example. In 2023, their Founder and CEO, Hector Ortiz, would have had a very low chance of finding us during his search for a new payments platform. But after establishing our roots within the MSP community, his trusted industry peers led him straight to us, and he’s been loving FlexPoint ever since.
Our Vision for 2025
Looking ahead to 2025, our focus is clear: double down on the momentum we've built while strengthening the trust we've established with our customers. Our ambitions are set high, with hypergrowth on the horizon, but we recognize that building trust is just as crucial as scaling fast.
We’re also closely observing key trends, including the rapid growth of SMBs and their increasing reliance on technology, which signals a new era of digital transformation for MSPs. As these businesses mature, their needs will only become more complex—and we’re ready to meet them with the tools to keep them ahead.
